Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)/ Science Background.
∎ MBA in Supply Chain Management/ Operations Management will be added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create an optimum replenishment plan for raw & packaging materials against the production plan & rolling sales forecast.
∎ Define material requirements and issue purchase requisitions ensuring delivery dates, lead times, MOQ, and min-max stock.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional team (business, production, commercial, QC, C&F, and others) to ensure both local and imported RM-PM availability as per production plan to ensure timely delivery of FG.
∎ Manage directly with the defined supplier the delivery schedule of materials including creating, sending, confirming, and receiving including claim management.
∎ Identify & communicate issues concerning plant shutdown, and material shortage within the planning period.
∎ Reduce and prevent obsolescence of raw & packaging materials by proactive monitoring of inventory level
∎ Support in supplier development & selection process.
∎ Establish continuous improvement culture, review product & process failure, and execute continuous improvement activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of working experience in relevant fields (Chemicals/Industrial Unit)
∎ Excellent knowledge of material management, inventory management, and asset planning.
∎ Proficient with ROFO, MRP, BoM, MPS, capacity planning, inventory management ERP, etc.
∎ Skilful in data compilation, analysis, interpretation, report formation, early warning management, and presentations.
∎ Experience in vendor development and management.
