Educational Requirements:
∎ Tertiary, Degree in Textiles, IE or relevant discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly production plan from FAST React system based on information received from merchandising team by managing capacity both inside and outside of the organisation.
∎ Consult about the upcoming work load with Head of production and Head of planning and assist them to take appropriate action.
∎ Derive the monthly production requirement for in house fabric, print, embroidery, and washing capacity from the garments production plan and update concerns accordingly.
∎ Schedule deliveries based on production forecasts, material substitutions, storage and handling facilities, and maintenance requirements.
∎ Analysis total capacity and total work to be done in standard minute value and carry out scheduling of the resources.
∎ Submit monthly overtime and sub-contract budget to COO for obtaining necessary approval.
∎ Coordinate inventory and cost control programs.
∎ Review plan on daily basis and set alternative plan to meet customers' deadlines.
∎ Build effective communication with the departments of fabric, merchandising, production, quality, store, and maintenance to facilitate execution of the plan.
∎ Assist superior to execute and evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development. Ensure that safety, quality, maintenance, compliance issues are taken as part of the job.
∎ Conduct the daily production meeting to follow up the weekly shipment schedule and running problem which is related with shipment.
∎ Verify the daily Tiffin list for over time work in cooperation with planning executives and circulate it accordingly.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.

∎ Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (finishing, cutting, printing, embroidery)
∎ Knowledge of production process
∎ Up to date knowledge on equipment/ machineries.
∎ Planning and analytical skill
