∎ BBA/MBA from reputed local/international universities
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate go-to-market (GTM) strategy aligned with corporate vision
∎ Assess market potentially and calculate size
∎ Conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses
∎ Makes recommendations based on emerging trends, expansion opportunities and competitive threats
∎ Prepare business short and long term business plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MNCs or other renowned corporate body/group of companies in similar role is preferred.
∎ Fintech Industry or Mobile Financial Services (MFS) is added advantage
∎ Good at interpersonal communication
∎ Performance oriented
∎ Outgoing personality with the ability to stay calm under pressure
∎ Good organizational skills
∎ Discreet, tactful, efficient and well organize
∎ Strong Team building and leadership skills
∎ Analytical ability
∎ Tech-savvy
