Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in Accounting/Finance.
∎ Qualified CA, CMA, CPA or CFA
∎ Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses.
∎ Work experience in SAP, Host to host and online banking
∎ Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills.
∎ Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Able to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought out conclusions.
∎ Demonstrated strong project management skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
∎ Forecast cash requirements and execute financing decisions.
∎ Manage long-term and short-term and OD facilities.
∎ Timely completion of Bank Reconciliation
∎ Periodic reconciliation of vendor balance
∎ Determine the Company's goals and risk tolerance.
∎ Assess risk/return trade-offs in guidelines.
∎ Prepare or monitor company's various cash flow forecasts and perform financial modeling.
∎ Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
∎ Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes.
∎ Manage relationships with Bank, Consultants and financial service providers.
∎ Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
∎ Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits Granite's requirements.
∎ Manage, direct, and develop Cash Management staff.
∎ Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements.
∎ Provide technical and other support for mergers and acquisitions and other projects as needed.
∎ Additional duties as directed by supervisor.

∎ Knowledge of ERP, Quality management report, budgetary control, capital expenditure, WCM, internal control, cost reduction, capital expenditure policy and guidelines, budgeting.
∎ Reporting skill, communication skill.
