∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sweater designing, Sweater Industry, Sweater production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have working experience as a Production Manager in sweater factory.
∎ Monitoring & controlling activities of a large RMG Sweater.
∎ Having experience 100% export oriented Sweater business of all high profile buyers.
∎ Design & layout of Man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency
∎ Responsible for all activities from winding to knitting production
∎ Implement processes to improve efficiency.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
∎ Clear knowledge on IE Layout, IE target, Efficiency and SMV.
∎ Provide technical support when required to ensure customer quality level during production
∎ Drive machine maintenance team to have most suitable machine ready prior to Production
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage like rejection, alteration, over cutting, over production, and extra hour work.
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product quality
∎ Should have knowledge about line administration & production administration
∎ Responsible for achieving daily targets set by the Industrial Engineer
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in a large-scale auto plant Sweater Factory, ideally with Stoll machine knowledge.
∎ 5 year(s) experience in same position.
∎ Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill is a must.
∎ Should have good knowledge in computer.
∎ Able to coordinate with Merchandiser, Designers, Programmer, and Production team.
∎ Being active on WhatsApp for prompt communication
