Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of procurement plan on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual basis.
∎ Arranging the recruitment of necessary manpower to implement the procurement plan according to the annual target.
∎ Daily goods requisition from Planning Department/Factory/Project pre-collection and follow up action.
∎ Planning for timely delivery considering the importance of goods demanded through each requisition.
∎ Supervise the work of subordinates and understand the accountability of their work including daily performance of work.
∎ Collect quotations from various parties/companies: checked the market and compared it with the actual rates: submit it to the management authority.
∎ To keep the goods under supervision from the time of placing the order till the delivery of the goods and to inform the concerned person immediately if the delivery is interrupted for any reason.
∎ For the sake of ensuring the quality of the goods Measurement, Size, Thickness, Length, Weight etc. reconfirm before delivery
∎ As required prior to purchase of goods Sample, Size, Color etc. to be approved by the requisition donor department.
∎ Follow up whether all requisitioned goods have been delivered or if any goods are missing.
∎ Keeping a watchful eye on the performance of subordinates' responsibilities for proper purchase or delivery of requisitioned goods and taking any necessary action.
∎ Ensure procurement and delivery of right goods as per requisition, at right price and at right time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10-12 years of experience in supply chain/purchase/inventory (of which At least 3-4 years experience in managerial role).
∎ Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in supply chain dept. of Pre-Fabricated Steel Structure Building Manufacturing Company.
∎ have strong understanding of best practices for the Supply Chain process
∎ be a talent in negotiations and networking
∎ have excellent communication skills
∎ have experience in collecting and analyzing data
∎ have strong leadership and be part of a team
∎ have the aptitude to learn and develop reports utilizing the immense potential of the ERP Software.
Salary: Negotiable
