Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, implement, and review the sales plan to ensure alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
∎ Execute the sales strategy to achieve short- and long-term business objectives and support the organization’s vision.
∎ Formulate and periodically update targets, adjusting to market and customer dynamics for optimal results.
∎ Consistently hit monthly sales targets through proactive engagement, relationship building, and in-depth understanding of customer needs and market trends.
∎ Maintain a strong customer relationship to encourage repeat business and referrals.
∎ Conduct sales campaigns and activation programs to drive brand visibility and engagement with target audiences.
∎ Work closely with departments such as Product Acquisition, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure seamless sales processes and product alignment.
∎ Provide input for marketing initiatives, including feedback on promotional materials and assistance with lead generation activities.
∎ Identify potential clients and untapped markets, along with new sales opportunities to expand the company’s reach and influence.
∎ Keep a keen eye on competitors’ activities, adapting sales strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
∎ Lead the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets through effective guidance, motivation, and performance tracking.
∎ Establish guidelines for developing an effective sales strategy, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.
