Job Context:
∎ UNIgas has constructed a state-of-the-art LPG Import, Storage, Bottling and Distribution Terminal & a Cylinder Manufacturing Plant in Sitakunda, Chattogram. The Main Terminal is located at Sitakunda in Chattogram and satellite stations are being set up across the country. The company is looking for dynamic, self-motivated and high performing individuals for the position:
∎ Job Location: Corporate Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, direct and, implement of Audit Plan.
∎ Manager to prepare monthly/yearly Audit Report.
∎ Manage audit risk and control audit compliance.
∎ Review and development of Audit SOP.
∎ Keep track on budget vs actual variance analysis reporting.
∎ Manage fixed asset verification.
∎ Analyze and verify costing on post audit.
∎ Manage VAT, TAX and Corporate related issues.
∎ Verify accounts payable and receivable statements.
∎ Reconcile inventory and intercompany transactions.
∎ Landed cost, bank reconciliation, cash counting and payroll verification.
∎ Reconciliation of Customers' account.
∎ Ensure yearly cost savings through audit related activities.
∎ Conduct accounts audit once in a month to mitigate any anomalies/variances.
∎ Manage audit field visit/plants visit/project visit/surprise visit to ensure control and execution of company process and procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having minimum of 7-10 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Experience in ERP will get privilege
∎ Must have excellent knowledge on Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Word
∎ Should have sound communication skill in written English.
∎ Should have leadership skills.
∎ Should possess analytical skills.
