Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilities Management: Overseeing the management of office facilities including maintenance, repairs, security, and cleanliness.
∎ Supervision: Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Vendor Management: Managing relationships with various vendors such as cleaning services, security firms, and office suppliers.
∎ Policy Development and Implementation: Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and legal regulations.
∎ Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of administrative activities, including expenses, personnel records, and inventory.
∎ Event Planning and Coordination: Planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Employee Services: Providing support to employees on administrative matters such as travel arrangements, office space allocation, and procurement requests.
