∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Preference will be given to Ex-Fire Service & Civil Defence Station Officers
∎ Minimum 4 years in fire safety management in an industrial or manufacturing setup.
∎ Fire Safety & Rescue Training certification is required.
∎ Strong understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 22000, BNBC, Fire Prevention Act
∎ Experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, and fire safety audits
∎ Candidates with hands-on experience in fire prevention, hazard control, and compliance audits
∎ Preference will be given to Ex-Fire Service & Civil Defence Station Officers
∎ Minimum 4 years in fire safety management in an industrial or manufacturing setup.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement fire safety policies in line with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System).
∎ Conduct fire hazard risk assessments and ensure compliance with BNBC, Fire Prevention Act, Accord, and Alliance standards.
∎ Provide fire safety and hazard training for employees and conduct regular fire drills.
∎ Ensure proper installation, inspection, and maintenance of fire-fighting equipment, alarms, hydrants, and evacuation routes.
∎ Collaborate with factory management and external agencies (Fire Service & Civil Defence) for audits and approvals.
∎ Investigate fire incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
