Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Konabari, Gazipur

∎ Candidate should have leadership capability to lead the team positively and mentality to work on field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To do Day-to-day general administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment and visit to the field on a regular basis.
∎ Identify training &development for team members to increase each employee's performance as per KPI.
∎ Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues.
∎ To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare SOP for HRD and ensure implementation of it.
∎ Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization.
∎ Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.
∎ Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Prepare migration analysis report and organogram for the company.
∎ Motivate, Counsel the employees to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Experience in Agro will be given extra Preference.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Candidates living Gazipur, Uttara, Ashulia,Mirpur are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin, Factory HR Administration.
