FMCG Sales & Marketing, Handling Distributors or Dealers
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealer and Distributor Management. Create and generate new Dealers and Distributors.
∎ Frequent visit of the Retailers and Workshop owners to maximize the demand so that they can liquidate the stock from the Dealers and Distributors.
∎ Meet the users so that the customers know about the brands and the demand at the Retailers and Workshops increases.
∎ Share the daily work reports with the Line Managers over email.
∎ Achieve the monthly target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent will have to provide an Original Certificate and a Cheque as a Guaranty of security as he will be handling an amount of products with his custody. This is a policy and no negotiation is acceptable in this regard.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15528 - 16333 (Monthly)
∎ TADA will be provided in weekly basis.
Hotel bills will be provided in weekly basis.
Travel Allowance will be provided in monthly basis.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Welfare Fund and other benefits as per company rules.
