∎ Flexible about mobility as this position requires a high frequency of traveling on a regular basis. Good command in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for enhancing Technical Quality of Distributor After Sales Team and as well Dealers (3S/2S) team.
∎ Maintaining entire country Authorized Workshop manpower data with all details such as from joining date to trained date and details of training undergone by each.
∎ Maintain the Training Coverage for TIP and SIP at 100%.
∎ Making the Annual Training Calendar as per the Manpower Data and Training path, defined by HMCL.
∎ To contribute Technical Update and Circular creation along with Head-After Sales Service. Should use local language for developing training notes.
∎ Maintain the Technical Training Center with latest upkeep.
∎ Should be responsible for Technical Learning Center utilization, by generating Man Hour utilization MIS on monthly basis.
∎ Should be able to support the Field Team for promoting Local Garage Owner’s Technical Training session as and when required / planned by Field Team.
∎ Should generate MIS on monthly basis about Training Center activities.
∎ Shall be reporting to Head of Service.
