Job Context:

∎ Report To: Deputy Manager, HR
∎ Position Summary: This position is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with the university`s Career Counselors inside and outside Dhaka to source qualified teachers. Also doing Education Program - HR Operations related work.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Education Program recruitment & selection through job advertisements, screening job applications, interview scheduling, interviewing, selecting candidates, salary negotiation, perform reference and confirm the process of job offering and appointment with appropriate deadline.
∎ Establish and maintain contact with the university's career counseling centers in order to hire candidates in Dhaka as well as outside the city.
∎ Ensure proper compliance in recruitment and selection process.
∎ Work closely with the Education program about JD development, update the JD, store it for present in demand, share this with employees, and provide answers for necessary queries in this regard.
∎ Ensure proper documentation is followed in the recruitment process, take necessary approvals, maintain recruitment process paper as well as proper Database.
∎ To ensure proper and effective onboarding process for Education Program staff.
∎ Give proper Orientation to new joiners of the Education Program regarding JAAGO policies including HR Manual, Leave Policy, Exit Policy, Employee Code of Conduct, Safeguarding and PSEA Policy and others.
∎ Create Email ID, Workplace ID, and Software ID for new joiners and deactivate those after employee contract end.
∎ Ensure that every employee of the Education Program understand, acknowledges and follows JAAGO policies.
∎ Develop and maintain Systech Software and train up EP staff regarding the software for the attendance and leave, solve their software related problems concerning IT and answer the queries.
∎ Ensure that the software database, Email ID and Workplace is error free.
∎ Ensure that all employees have a JAAGO ID card and visiting card who are eligible.
∎ Ensure the timely and efficient payroll preparation for accurate data.
∎ Ensure on time festival bonus, yearly increment, provident fund and other benefits payment.
∎ Ensuring JAAGO Payroll compliance, procedures and policies.
∎ Ensure the timely processing of confirmation, new contract, contract extension, and contract ending notification, staff transfer and other change of status.
∎ Ensure Employees Exit process as well as exit interviews.
∎ Prepare various kinds of HR related Reports as needed.
∎ Ensure Accuracy of the information for every purpose.
∎ Ensure 100% confidentiality is maintained for every aspect.
∎ Initiate different employee engagement activities, suggest different initiatives, and take different engagement
∎ Learning and Development initiatives for staff capacity building and encouraging learning.
∎ To ensure staff wellness. Provide advice on a wide range of employee relations issues.
∎ Visit our schools and give training on Safeguarding/PSEA.
∎ Regular follow up with the branches and EP staff and take their feedback, escalate it to the upper authority and work on it if any major issue arises and documentation.
∎ Assist to develop and amend JAAGO HR related policies.
∎ Make sure that Education Program employees’ files are auditable at all times as per JAAGO standards and any relevant donors’ requirements.
∎ Branch visits when necessary.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure in hardship situations and harmoniously within a team of colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds.
∎ Ability to work independently under minimal supervision & excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively in written and spoken English.
∎ Enthusiasm to learn.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
