Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to achieve daily sewing production target as per plan
∎ Supervising, leading and managing allocated sewing lines employees to guide them for higher productivity along with keeping good relations with all staffs and sewers to ensure attendance
∎ Attend any supply chain issue immediately to avoid loss time in production
∎ Coordinate with all departments for smooth production processes according to sewing production plan
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production and work to increase productivity
∎ Ensuring the satisfactory level of sewing production and meet the production goal as per production target
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide the subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality to made the garments in an exportable stage
∎ Evaluate performance of subordinates, disciplinary matters, necessary training needs to increase production capability
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction
∎ Have to perform other duties and responsibilities as when assigned by the superiors
