Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Rahimafrooz Renewable Energy Limited is a pioneering company in renewable energy sector. It has its dominance in the Solar Home System. Company wants to give adequate focus on its PV plant project’s accounts. The incumbent will be responsible for accounting for suppliers and service providers and other stakeholders payment, adjustment of various advances to both suppliers and in house customers.
∎ Maintain Books of Accounts as per VAT act and rules.
∎ Prepare of Monthly VAT returns and submission to related circles and do necessary communications with VAT authority.
∎ Maintain VAT software as per VAT rules.
∎ Prepare of Tax withholding return and submission on time as per NBR rules.
∎ Supplier’s bill checking, comply TDS and VDS and prepare the cheques.
∎ Review Trial Balance and ensure provision, adjustment of advance and other recurring entries for monthly MIS.
∎ Preparation of necessary schedules and documents for income tax hearing.
∎ Prepare necessary schedule for yearly accounts finalization.
∎ Any other job assigns by the management.
