Job Context:
∎ Paragon Group is one of the largest industrial conglomerate in BD.
∎ Currently, we are looking for honest, experienced, energetic and dynamic individuals for its Audit team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verifying all kinds of bills, voucher for ensuring the accuracy of accounting transaction with compliance to VAT & TAX application.
∎ Analysis and evaluate accounting & financial documents.
∎ Prepare audit reports & summarize findings, recommendations and management responses.
∎ Audit the purchase order, bill of exchange, bank reconciliation & MIS.
∎ Participate in special audit as and when required.
∎ Inspection of cash in hand, receivable, payable & physical stock as well as account books/system for efficiency, effectiveness and acceptability.
∎ Examine Inventories along with production capacity & raw material consumption.
∎ Internal and external audit coordination.
∎ Maintain audit working papers & files systematically.
∎ Preparing Physical market verification reports.
∎ Review and assess compliance with company policies, accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
∎ Evaluate internal controls' design and operating effectiveness related to consumption of purchased items.
∎ Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and best practices.
∎ Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure their timely resolution.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned and entrusted by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good computer knowledge (MS Office), emailing and ERP software using.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Should be smart, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Should be oriented with VAT & TAX application and documentation in bills & vouchers.
∎ Must have willingness to travel across the country for auditing purpose.
