Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in civil Engr. from BUET, KUET , RUET,CUET & any other Govt. reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieves operational objectives by contributing information to and reviews ; customer service standards resolving problems and help with implementing necessary change . Referring them to the Project Manager.
∎ Assistant in evaluation and solution of potential field problems, referring them to Project Manager.
∎ Assist in plan and spec analysis in order to provide clear, documented and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.
∎ Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by supervision.
∎ Conduct quality control activities in accordance with instruction, inspection programs using specified control measuring and testing equipment.
∎ Understand and perform document control function in accordance with on-site policy and procedures.
∎ Attend project coordination and owner /contractor/architect/engineer meetings as required.
∎ Participate in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as-built documents assists with the research and preparation of field change request to resolve design issues.
∎ Tracking /Documentation /Filling of projects progression.
∎ Supervise & monitor multiple projects at a time.
∎ Capable of understand of facade design & implements.
∎ Have experience of different quality of finishing work of the projects.
∎ Requires adaptability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining in awareness of completion dates and understanding of management principles, especially of time management.
∎ Strong architectural document understanding /application and construction verbiage
∎ Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Construction management degree, or degree in similar construction applied disciplines
∎ (extensive field experience will be taken into consideration if degree has not been attained)
∎ Strong proficiency in Windows Microsoft Office applications( Out look ,Excel ,Word and Power
∎ point)and AUB , CAD, 2D & 3D
∎ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross- functional teams.
∎ Strong organizational skills
∎ Additional Requirement
∎ Fluent speak in English
∎ Should have experienced to work with foreign project.
∎ Have to be self motivated& team member
∎ Ability to work under purpose
∎ Analytical skill & customer focus
∎ Ability to work hard
∎ Should have BSC Engineering Degree in civil from govt institution
