Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrate all QA staffs and their tasks.
∎ Maintain All records, Statistics & Analysis, and Reports related to Quality Assurance in time.
∎ Ensure the quality standards of every customer's as per their SOP.
∎ Ensure customer fit, quality testing, measurement and other requirements are met.
∎ Maintain effective communications with Buying merchandiser and factory merchandiser. Also good communication with production, Fabric, MIS , CAD, and other department.
∎ Ensure QC file are given on time and ensure accuracy and fulfillment of information.
∎ Review Laboratory testing report/s in every step and identify failures and take remedial actions to resolve the issues and provide require guidance to factories and QC's.
∎ Go through technical risk assessment and educate QA team on actions to be taken in production to avoid any issued for bulk production.
∎ Review audit finding daily and find remedial actions and ensure shipments are within agreed quality parameters of the customer.
∎ Monitoring QA and QC performance monthly and report to Higher Management.
∎ Hold monthly QA meetings to review QA team performance and take necessary actions for improvement and make time and action plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years of Experience in Quality / Technical Managerial level.
∎ Manager level experience in Buying House / Retail Brand / Factory for producing reputed brands.
∎ Efficient in MS Excel & other necessary computer skills related to job.
∎ Effective communication skill.
∎ Knowledge of all Quality control Assurance level
∎ 5S, Six Sigma knowledge and work simplifying techniques will be added advantage.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill and ability to interact and build goods team relationship..
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized.
∎ Knowledge of all quality control and assurance techniques, fabric and garment performance, chemical and wear trial procedure, ergonomics, work place engineering, AQL sampling and auditing skill, productivity improvement techniques, garments breakdowns, machines and their features, material handling systems and production systems, line balancing techniques, the different types of fabric, dying, printing, embellishments and finishing techniques and handling methods.
