Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the quality department ensuring that the quality is adhered to by customer requirement.
∎ Direct and control the improvement of production & quality processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Good knowledge on Pattern and marker, technically problem-solving ability with required quality standard.
∎ Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.
∎ Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly & monthly quality process implement planning.
∎ Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise with quality at everywhere (ensure shipment with zero defects).
∎ Supervise production floor for highest level of quality assurance given by management.
∎ Establish effective communication with cutting and finishing & Quality team responsible personnel to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Monitor report on production, maintenance, manpower, quality, safety, consumption, monthly stock, and production cost.
∎ Foster a positive and responsive culture whilst ensuring the production schedule is met.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Skills Required: Ability to lead and manage team, Able to handle big volume pro, Bangladesh Labor Law, Email Communications,
∎ Experience Requirements
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ 2 to 3 years experience in same position., Quality Manager
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Knowledge on production & quality control process
∎ Knowledge of quality assurances system, compliance
∎ Candidates having experience to work in similar capacity in knit Producing Unit.
∎ Operational knowledge on 5s and its implications.
∎ Good intellectual, analytical & managerial skills.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production & quality system and it's SOP.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
