∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Customer Relationship Management, Detail Oriented and Persuasive, Follow up and deadline, Presentation skill, Strong communication skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Relationship Management, Customer Retention, Negotiation, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working experience with foreign customers is a plus
∎ Sales follow-up for Foreign (America & EU) Signup Leads (Hot leads)
∎ Must be ready to work for 6 pm -3 am shift two – three days a week
∎ Giving Demo In English to customers to understand Various Bot & Live chat features
∎ Successful on boarding of affiliate partners and having customers through them
∎ Ensure affiliate partner revenue and keep them motivated
∎ Ensure after-sales services
∎ Think out of the box to generate more revenue for the company
∎ Any other sales related assigned task
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ ** A Level / O Level Education is Preferable
Salary: Negotiable
