∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Client Relationship Management, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
∎ Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Must have practical experience in understanding and preparing Statement of Work (SOW), Invoice, Purchase Order (PO), Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA), Documentation, Frame Agreement.
∎ Fluent in English Communication is a must, good presentation skills.
