∎ Diploma in Mechanical

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower planning and calculate manpower requirement per shift and working schedule as per skill.
∎ Prime responsibility is to run plant with full efficiency with best quality.
∎ Wastage control and up keeping of machine.
∎ Co-ordinate with service team for reduce break down.
∎ Maintain process parameter according to product requirement and developing difference type of recipes for different type of product.
∎ Day to day troubleshooting of plant and analysis.
∎ Production planning and control through co-ordination with process, packing and dispatch.
∎ Maintain stock, production, and down time report.
∎ Analysis of customer complaint.
∎ Implement new ideas for cost and energy saving.
∎ Maintain all work instruction and guideline of our senior management.
∎ Maintain discipline level as per company policy.
∎ Provide training about machine operation, safety, quality, and waste control.
∎ Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
∎ Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
∎ Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time.
∎ Respond to breakdowns.
∎ Find out root cause of any break down and quality issue.
∎ To execute, monitor, control and adhere to daily production plan.
∎ Plan and organize maintenance.
