Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for managing the inventory of medical supplies and equipment within a hospital.
∎ Receiving deliveries of the products as per user requirements.
∎ Inspecting items for quality and expiration dates, storing them appropriately.
∎ Issuing supplies to different departments as needed, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to strict inventory control procedures to ensure patient safety and efficient operations.
∎ Much experienced with Talley & SAP Software for the inventory management of the regular operations of the store.
∎ To be responsible for the receipt of all goods to the PEH Estates Stores ensuring that all transactions are recorded, authorized and properly accounted for whilst maintaining a high standard of working practice.

Read Before Apply:

• Good knowledge in MS office especially in a excel for the reporting purposes.

• Good communication skills In a Bangla and English.

• Good knowledge in LIFO & FIFO system applied in the Inventory System

• 5S System applied for the Products Management System in a Store area.

• ERP & HPMS software maintenance for the products expired Items identification and store smooth operations.

• Invoice received and daily basis Goods Received Notes GRN completed and Submitted to the Finance department for the payment.

• Hospital Central Gate passed records maintenance.

• BBA/MBA in accounts or finance

• Hospital or diagnostics store experienced will get preference.
