Job Context:
∎ ECTLink is one of the leading internet service provider (ISP) in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for young, energetic, and target oriented, self-motivated and proactive person to employee as executive NOC. who has the experience in the field of ISP-broadband.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ # Practice speaking with a clear accent and communicating on the telephone
∎ # Attending customers' complaints and queries through phone calls, emails, or others.
∎ # Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
∎ # Set up and configure Swiss, OLT, Mikrotik, Netgear, TP-Link, Belkin, Linksys etc. Router and Access point.
∎ # Various OLT configuration and troubleshooting capabilities, FTTX network establish and troubleshooting.
∎ # Implement network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
∎ # Design, provision, and operate an extensive MPLS IP WAN/LAN network.
∎ # Implement network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
∎ # Design, provision, and operate an extensive MPLS IP WAN/LAN network.
∎ # IP subletting with basic Routing and switching (VLAN, Trunk, VTP Server and client).
∎ # Implement changes both at an individual circuit level as well as overall large scale as needed.
∎ # Investigate network performance issues to determine root cause, develop and implement plans to address as needed.
∎ # Create documentation and network maps and assist Project Engineering with network expansion.
∎ # Create Daily, weekly reports and presentations to effectively communicate current operational status with management.
∎ # Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients inside or outside Dhaka.
∎ # Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault
∎ # Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults.
∎ # Performing installations and deployments of various solutions and services at client end.
∎ # Logging in, following up, and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system.
∎ # Mentality as 24X7 for emergency situations.
