Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (if experienced than Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, define project objectives, and establish project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources.
∎ Assist in resource allocation and management, ensuring project teams have the necessary skills and capacity to deliver project outcomes.
∎ Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
∎ Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and dependencies for project stakeholders and senior management.
∎ Support the development and implementation of project management best practices, templates, and tools.
∎ Coordinate project governance activities, including project initiation, review meetings, and project closure activities.
∎ Conduct project analysis and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements.
∎ Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and change requests.
∎ Provide support in developing and delivering project-related training and workshops to enhance project management skills within the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or working in a PMO role.
∎ Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
∎ Proficient in project management tools and software.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ PMP or CAPM certification will get preference
