Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve institutional sales targets for FMCG products
∎ Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
∎ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations
∎ Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products, competitors, and market conditions
∎ Track and report on sales performance metrics
∎ Develop and execute international sales strategies to meet revenue targets for FMCG products
∎ Identify and target new markets and business opportunities in South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with international partners
∎ Coordinate and oversee the export process, including shipping, documentation, and customs clearance
∎ Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and resolve any issues that arise
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in export markets
∎ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored solutions and other cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and achieve operational efficiency
∎ Identify and cultivate relationships with key institutional and export clients and distributors
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor
