∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all kinds of Production for dedicated production floor.
∎ Provide required guidelines & instructions to sub-ordinates to achieved high productivity levels with required quality levels.
∎ To check and verify all required spinning and packing accessories are available as per spinning plan.
∎ To guide and train the sub-ordinates to carry out their duties in an effective and productive manner.
∎
∎ To check and monitor the manpower utilization of the department / sections to assure that it gives the maximum benefits to the company.
∎ Instructed to the sub-ordinates for optimal use of machinery in the section.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing wastage, rejection, alteration, over production & extra hour working.
∎
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.Sc in Textile 3-4 years or Diploma In Textile 5 Years (+) above experiences in production from any reputed spinning mill. Preferred work in long ring frame with autodoffer & link-coner.
Salary: Negotiable
