Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sales & Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Estimating, Have good knowlede on using Microsoft Office, Sales & Marketing

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Design/Printing/Publishing, Packaging Industry, Paper
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a sales strategy for the Offset Printing & Packaging Business, including setting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
∎ Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
∎ Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support as needed.
∎ Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
∎ Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
∎ Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and support.
∎ Meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
∎ Identify opportunities for new business development, including new markets and products, and lead the sales team in developing and implementing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
∎ Strong Knowledge of Product-Estimation (Mo
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as production and design, to ensure that client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and use this information to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Knowledge of Estimate (Mono Carton / Pharmaceutical Carton / FMCG Carton)
∎ You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
∎ You possess solid expertise in Enterprise Sales.
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software and other sales management tools.
∎ Experience within FMCG, Rigid box & pharma would be a strong advantage.
