Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, AUST,DUET, UAP or any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in Fabrication drawing of steel & RCC structure
∎ Preparation of architectural drawing of steel & RCC structure.
∎ Preparation of production drawing and detailing of steel & RCC structure.
∎ Knowledge of DEA/EA reports & Analysis
∎ Capability to undertake and implement the job independently.
∎ Enforced concrete structure design, steel structure design and seismic design for new and existing buildings.
∎ Ability to effectively read and understand construction, architectural, structural and interior drawing of different project.
∎ Performing structural analysis and design on buildings and non-building structures including Structural designs.
∎ Strong knowledge design code and civil engineering software (STAAD pro, SAP, ETABs, AutoCAD, 3ds Max etc.).
∎ Detail estimating, preparation of BOQ according to design.
∎ Assisting marketing and sales department and Provides field and site support for engineering projects.
∎ Prepares appropriate documentation supporting evaluations and analysis (calculations, technical reports).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 years' experience in reputed real estate company.
∎ Candidate should have experience in project management.
∎ Candidate must be dynamic, hard working & proactive.
∎ Designing, Planning, Civil Engineering
∎ Good knowledge in CAD software
∎ Good knowledge in ETABS, STAAD.PRO/ SAP software
∎ Good Knowledge in Model Analysis and Retrofitting Design.
∎ Candidate who have Experience in DEA/EA related model work in ACCORD , ALLIANCE, ILO & DIFE will be given preference.
∎ At least complete 5 RCC & STEEL Project Completely with BNBC, ACCORD, DIFE Standard with all documents & Analysis.
