Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Honor’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field from a reputed university.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 1-2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Officer, or Sales Accountant in a manufacturing company (feed, FMCG, or related industry preferred).
∎ Familiarity with ERP software is a plus.
∎ Strong knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.
∎ Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
∎ Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Basic communication skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Skills & Competencies:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate records of inventory (raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts).
∎ Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials; ensure proper stock levels.
∎ Prepare and update daily stock reports, consumption reports, and wastage reports.
∎ Assist in sales accounting, including invoicing, sales records, and accounts receivable.
∎ Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for smooth operations.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
∎ Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
∎ Assist in preparing monthly financial reports related to inventory and sales.
∎ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
