Responsibilities & Context:
∎ People from Feni district are given priority in recruitment.
∎ Maintaining an accurate record of stock levels, ensuring that inventory is well-organized and properly stored.
∎ Receiving, unpacking, and storing products or materials in appropriate locations, ensuring easy access and efficient use of space.
∎ Conducting regular stock checks to prevent overstocking or stock outs, and ensuring that the products are in good condition.
∎ Picking and packing items for customer orders or internal use, ensuring that they are correctly labeled and prepared for dispatch.
∎ Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for replenishment when necessary, often coordinating with suppliers or management.
∎ Inspecting goods for quality, and ensuring that damaged or expired items are removed or reported.
∎ Keeping detailed records of all transactions (in and out) involving stock, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.
∎ Ensuring that safety standards are followed and that the storage area is clean, organized, and compliant with regulations.
∎ Collaborating with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Keeping the storage areas and equipment in good condition.
