Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Sound knowledge about recipe and chemical.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
∎ Ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Make sure inventory control.
∎ Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock level.
∎ Improve self and subordinate performance continuously.
∎ Improve work process continuously.
∎ Ensure that data are entered into the database to maintain up-to-date stock records, retrieve stored information, store purchase requisition etc.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service and lower cost.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Mange the warehouse staff activities to ensure that the team resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
∎ Train new team member in the organizations operating procedure and standards.
∎ Coordinate each & every aspect of the store department.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about compliance and maintain all records as per required of compliance.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
