Job Context:
∎ ENA Food & Beverage ltd. is a company operating in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Manufacturing sector, (FMCG). To support its growth we are looking for energetic, dynamic, hardworking and goal driven individuals for the following positions
∎ Work Station: Factory, Bhaluka, Mymensingh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise loading and unloading procedure of all materials/goods/commodities and keep record
∎ Maintain warehouse and distribution operations as per policies and procedures
∎ Prepare delivery plan as per sales orders
∎ Ensure timely distribution of all goods and commodities to the distributor points with proper documentation (Delivery Order, Challan & Invoice)
∎ Inform store in charge about the safety & security issues of store.
∎ Ensure safety stock of inventory as per storage capacity
∎ Prepare report of damage products and inform to store in charge
∎ Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries and logistics.
∎ To keep record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports.
∎ Racking / arranging all stores.
∎ Assist proper cleaning, safety issues of store.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Above 3 years' experience in the FMCG industry
∎ Proficient Computer Skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point
∎ Basic knowledge of ERP or Similar Application.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store/ inventory
∎ Good leadership ability
∎ To assist management in maintaining operations of the store.
∎ Able to operate Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
