Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Timely updates Stockcard, counting sheet for physical inventory in UF
∎ • Regular feedback to Line Manager and on goods’ reception and transportation
∎ • Ensure proper packing and labelling of freight in accordance with the instruction provided by the Line manager.
∎ • Issue goods in compliance of FEFO and/or FIFO principle.
∎ • Maintain and shelfing warehouse materials complying with MSF supply policy.
∎ • Performing stock rotation to ensure utilisation of goods and minimise wastage, especially at convenience stores
∎ • Conducting periodic audits of the inventory, such as physical counting, verification, quality checks and organizing to identify areas of improvement.
∎ • Advise and inform to Line Manager when the stock item gets to the minimum stock level and when they are over maximum.
∎ • Managing by sending expiry drugs for destruction
∎ • Regularly inform about items which were requested but couldn’t be delivered because of stock issue
∎ • Responsible for monitoring the MED/LOG WH & ILR temperature and ensure Cold Chain items / vaccines are stored in a temperature between +2 C to +8 C.
∎ • Share delivery information with relevant stakeholder prior to run the deilevery process to ensure efficient and effective shipment done.
∎ • Packing the items from the warehouse, and transporting them to designated address.
∎ • Packaging and labelling the items, including the customer's name, address, order number and any other details to ensure seamless delivery.
∎ • Arranging for transportation of the item to the nearest depot or coordinating with a third-party logistics company for the shipment of the items
∎ • Asking the customer for feedback regarding the order and the shipment, and addressing any concerns they may have
∎ • Generate request for daily labor and prepare payment sheet for the financial closure.
∎ • Submit monthly Reconciliation stock report.
∎ • To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized IR.
∎ • maintain proper file archiving and file tracking as well
∎ • Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
∎ • Accountable to maintain cross docking stock, which are waiting for delivery.
∎ • Liaise with stakeholders prior to run the delivery process to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
∎ • Inspecting the shipments for any defects and ensuring proper documentation of the items received
∎ • Any other relevant task delegated by Line Manager.
