∎ At least two years of work experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
∎ Additional education or certification in inventory management is a plus.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory tracking.
∎ Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and other departments.
∎ Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to warehouse operations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reports to the Medical Officer and the In-Charge of the Government Outdoor Dispensary.
∎ Stock management.
∎ Record keeping and reporting of receipt, issue, and stock.
∎ Coordinate with relevant purchasing and procurement teams to reorder stock as needed, considering lead times and consumption rates.
∎ Verify stock periodically and ensure correct stock position.
∎ Implement safety measures appropriate to ensure product safety and security in the store.
∎ Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders or delivery notes.
∎ Inspect and maintain the storage area to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with organizational standards.
∎ Assist in the disposal or recycling of obsolete or expired inventory items.
∎ Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any issues or concerns for supervisor’s review.
