Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Foster sustainability within the organization;
∎ Ensure the right impact is created;
∎ Ensure that granting bodies and donors are aligned with the mission of the organization.
∎ Worked for at least two years in a high-growth start-up as a Strategic officer.
∎ Has attended a business incubator or accelerator program learning about entrepreneurship at some point.
∎ Is familiar with the concepts of North Star, OKRs, Design Thinking, Lean and Agile. It is expected that the candidate has applied these concepts in the field at some point in their career.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate is expected to be familiar with productivity tools such as word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and project management software (PowerPoint, Google Docs, Excel, JIRA). The candidate must have good command of spreadsheet skills.
∎ Prior voluntary or professional experience in impact-driven work (in the development sector or social entrepreneurship) will be considered as an added advantage.
