Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Counsel students and professionals on study visa and immigration opportunities.
∎ Assist clients in choosing the right country, course, or migration pathway based on their qualifications and career goals.
∎ Guide applicants through documentation, admission, and visa application procedures.
∎ Stay updated on immigration policies, study programs, and visa requirements.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and immigration authorities.
∎ Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
∎ Ensure high client satisfaction and maintain accurate records of applications
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct seminars and workshops to promote consultancy services.
∎ Manage social media pages
∎ Responsibilities of recruitment and ensuring that targeted number of student file is opened.
∎ Maintain good relationship with universities & other stakeholders.
