Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Expertise in visa categories (e.g., Subclass 500 for Australia, Tier 4 for the UK, F-1 for the USA).
∎ Strong understanding of post-study work policies (PSW in the UK, OPT in the USA).
∎ Excellent communication in English and Bengali (verbal and written).
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and university application portals.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide end-to-end counselling for student visa applications to Australia, Europe, New Zealand, UK, USA, and Malaysia.
∎ Advise students on course selection, university admissions, and eligibility criteria for target countries.
∎ Stay updated on student visa regulations, Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirements, financial proof guidelines, and post-study work rights.
∎ Assist in preparing and reviewing visa documents:
∎ Statement of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), admission letters.
∎ Financial documents (bank statements, scholarships, education loans).
∎ Health insurance, accommodation proofs, and biometric requirements.
∎ Liaise with universities, embassies, and visa processing centers (e.g., VFS, TLS contact).
∎ Conduct mock visa interviews and provide feedback to improve success rates.
∎ Resolve visa-related issues (e.g., refusals, delays, documentation gaps).
∎ Collaborate with partners to offer post-arrival support (airport pickup, accommodation, part-time job assistance).
∎ Maintain records and ensure compliance with GDPR and local data privacy laws.
