Educational Requirements:
∎ B.SC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineer from any reputed Institution/University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and organizing work shift for the timely completion of cement packing activities.
∎ Assist to develop all the processes and standard operating procedures relative to each job category and activity of cement packing within the department.
∎ Inspecting all packing processes and evaluating the work of subordinates.
∎ Maintaining proper shift cycles for packing activities.
∎ Prepare the shift wise Packing production report & entry to the oracle system.
∎ Deploy and provide technical expertise for complex issues during shifts.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all the machineries and equipment under Packing Section to enable uninterrupted production for achieving the targets.
∎ Achieve capacity utilization of all the equipment, machineries and keep the process loss within the allowable limit.
∎ Responsible for continuous improvement of productivity in line with the Company's annual business strategy and target.
∎ Execute routine maintenance work according to preventive maintenance schedule.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have work experience in Packing Department under any Cement manufacturing company.
Salary: Negotiable
