∎ Efficient in problem solving and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work in complex projects and Ability to handle pressure
∎ Knowledge about safety standards as per Fire Prevention & Extinguishing Act, BNBC, NFPA and relevant.
∎ Materials, methods, and the tools involved in Fire fighting system.
∎ Basic Occupational Health & Safety
∎ Able to operate Microsoft office tools such as word, excel etc.
∎ AutoCAD, Pipe flow network (Preferred)
∎ Capability of providing Basic First Aid as required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the operations of Fire Detection- Protection, Fire Suppression System Fire Pump, hydrant system & Public address (PA) Systems.
∎ Assist to prepare relevant drawings & budgets of Fire Detection & Protection System Projects.
∎ Ensure prompt action for any repair/maintenance of Fire Safety Installations.
∎ Provide assistance to carry out fire safety installation projects
∎ Keep record for all types of maintenance work and schedule check up.
∎ Ensure inspection of different sites & take immediate action to avoid any incident.
∎ Ensure the checking of all Safety Equipment.
∎ Act as a member of an Emergency Response Team during Fire, Earthquake or any other emergency situations.
∎ Assist to Organize & Conduct Safety Training/Tool Box Meeting for BRAC staff and 3rd party workers.
