Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and lead a team of staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
∎ Supervise the overall cleanliness and organization of the super shop.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
∎ Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
∎ Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement.
∎ Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts.
∎ Take care of the financial aspects, including managing accounts, handling cash registers, and maintaining accurate financial records.
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
∎ Reconcile cash and sales transactions to maintain financial accuracy.
∎ Handle vendor invoices and payments as needed.
∎ Collaborate with the super shop's accountant and assist in budgeting and financial planning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Graduation or equivalent educational background.
∎ Proven experience in retail or super shop management is a plus.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and accounting skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Customer-focused and dedicated to providing top-notch service.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and tools is a plus.
