∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising day-to-day anodizing operations, including pre-treatment, anodizing, coloring, sealing, and racking/unracking.
∎ Monitor anodizing machine equipment and process parameters; escalate issues as needed.
∎ Help train and guide operators and technicians on processes and safety protocols.
∎ Ensure proper handling of anodizing materials, chemicals, and finished parts.
∎ Conduct basic maintenance checks and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, production data, and inspection reports.
∎ Enforce safety and environmental procedures in accordance with company policies.
∎ Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Factory Management.
