Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the production as per plan given for the month.
∎ Manage the shift operation. It includes: -
∎ A) Arrangement of Raw material, Packing Material production consumables required on floor.
∎ B) Responsible for quality of product. Mfg the batches as per BPR & keep record in BPR.
∎ C) Responsible for shift production output & productivity, machine Changeover & Sanitization. Maintain & Record M/c output/Breakdown/OEE/ Wastage / Scrap
∎ D) Responsible for good Mfg & pkg practice on floor. Maintain 5S /TPM on production floor.
∎ E) Manage Machine & allocate the manpower as per requirement.
∎ F) Follow GMP/TPM/WPM to Execute function.
∎ Maintain workers daily Worker attendance & overtime
∎ Maintain all production records such as: -
∎ A) Daily packing Log book.
∎ B) Daily Mfg Log book.
∎ C) Product wise production & yield record.
∎ D) Control Sample Record.
∎ E) Hourly Production
∎ F) Wastage Generation
∎ G) SCRAP record
∎ H) SIESO Calendar
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical working experience any other related FMCG industry
∎ Ability to work and communicate well with others.
∎ Willing to work in shift.
∎ Need to be stay near by factory.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The incumbent shall be entitled for Festive Bonus, Gratuity and others benefits as per service rule of Emami Bangladesh Ltd.
