∎ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Understanding of production processes, warehouse opera-tions, logistics, and supply chain best practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and Scheduling: Developing production schedules, forecasting demand, and coordinating with other depart-ments to ensure timely production.
∎ Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing im-provements in production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Inventory Management: Maintaining optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, minimizing stor-age costs and preventing stockouts.
∎ Receiving and Storage: Overseeing the receipt, storage, and tracking of materials and finished goods in the warehouse.
∎ Order Fulfillment: Ensuring the timely and accurate fulfill-ment of orders for both internal and external customers.
∎ Logistics: Coordinating transportation of materials and fin-ished goods to and from the factory, as well as shipping to customers.
∎ Sourcing: Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers for raw materials and components.
∎ Supplier Relationship Management: Negotiating contracts, monitoring supplier performance, and building strong relationships with key suppliers.
∎ Cost Management: Monitoring and controlling supply chain costs, including raw materials, manufacturing, and logistics.
∎ Data Analysis: Analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, optimize operations, and make informed decisions.
∎ Team Management: Leading and motivating a team of warehouse and production personnel.
∎ Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving supply chain issues, such as delays, shortages, or quality problems.
∎ We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager (SCM) in a mobile factory in Bangladesh, with a focus on Production Management and Warehouse (PMC/W.H), would be responsible for overseeing the flow of materials and finished goods, ensuring efficient production and timely delivery of mobile phones. S/he would manage the procurement of raw materials, monitor production processes, and oversee warehouse operations to ensure smooth and cost-effective delivery of finished products.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Production Management (PMC):
