Job Context:
∎ • TAIJI INTERNATIONAL LTD. is to carry on the business of Manufacturer, Importer, Exporter, Indenter, Supplier, (Contractor, Sub-Contractor with other company Brand or Logo) of Switch Socket, Circuit Breaker, Distribution Box, LED Light, with chroming and all kinds of electric goods and Accessories, Assembling parts, Spare parts related with electrical appliance manufacturing company. To support continuous growth, we are looking for smart, energetic and hardworking team member for the following position.
∎ Department: Supply Chain
∎ Work Station: Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing BOM (List of Material) and manage end to end supply chain planning from all Domestic & International vendors, suppliers or manufacturers.
∎ Plan material as per sales projection.
∎ Inventory Analysis and Planning including budgeting of purchase functions. Develop and manage purchasing budgets and forecasts
∎ Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on procurement operations and ensure executions of such SOP.
∎ Reports budget variances and explains the reason for the variance to business unit leadership.
∎ Responsible for all overall forecast, projections and material requirement planning (MRP) for all categories.
∎ Will collect quotation, prepare CS and raise PO, check PI, all terms of Incoterm, payment term, description of goods and HS code and will submit for LC opening in right time to bank.
∎ Assessment of vendor performance data on various performance metrics for sustainable supply and cost improvement. Implementation of vendor assessment results for continuous evaluation of selected sources. Monitor supplier and vendor compliance with contractual agreements.
∎ Formulate & ensure implementation of effective & efficient Procurement Strategy for Purchase.
∎ Direct continuous improvement of purchasing processes in line with changing organizational needs and market conditions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Should have knowledge in customs, VAT, shipping and logistic area.
