∎ CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification is mandatory.
∎ Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, DHCP, DNS, and VPNs.
∎ Practical experience with Cisco/HP/Juniper networking devices will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide first-level technical support for IT systems, networks, and software applications.
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including desktops, servers, and networking equipment.
∎ Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
∎ Assist in the deployment and maintenance of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments and client IT teams to resolve technical issues.
∎ Maintain documentation of support activities, configuration settings, and client interactions.
∎ Ensure cybersecurity practices and compliance in all operational tasks.
∎ Participate in IT infrastructure upgrade projects and system migrations.
∎ Provide on-site and remote support to clients as per SLA requirements.

∎ Job Summary:
∎ Akij Blue Pill Limited is seeking a dynamic and skilled Support Engineer – Assistant Officer/Officer to provide comprehensive technical support to internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, resolving network issues, and ensuring high system uptime, particularly in client environments. Candidates with CCNA certification will be given preference due to the advanced networking responsibilities of the role.
