∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), HSC

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be excellent at customer service.
∎ Ensure Customer Support over Phone, Email, Remote Access or Physical Presence if required.
∎ Must have Configure and Troubleshoot Routers, Switch, Firewalls, Wi-Fi etc.
∎ Must have know bike drive.√ Having original driving license.
∎ Must have good managerial capacity.
∎ Excellent observation power and multitasking abilities.
∎ Good with documentations.
∎ Must have CCNA & MTCNA Course completed.
