Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails
∎ Monitoring corporate clients link
∎ Maintaining Ticketing system and escalate tickets to responsible department and follow up
∎ Record Details Of Inquiries, Comments and Complaints
∎ Communicate And Coordinate with Internal Departments
∎ Direct Requests and Unresolved Issues to the Designated Resource
∎ Proactive follow up calls for each individual clients
∎ Client Database maintain
∎ Daily, Monthly Report generating
∎ Report generation for every top priority clients
∎ Basic troubleshooting over phone
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 years relevant experience
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA
∎ Able to work in a stressful environment maintaining calm
∎ Interpersonal Skills
∎ Communication Skills both in English and Bengali - Verbal and Written (Note: Formal Bengali language is mandatory)
∎ Listening Skills
∎ Problem Analysis and Problem-Solving
∎ Attention to Detail and Accuracy
∎ Data Collection and Ordering
∎ Customer Service Orientation
∎ Adaptability.
