Developer, Development Agency
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect prospective land information through different media and ensure feasibility with proper market survey.
∎ Proper land measurement and provide actual information to management.
∎ Checking all types of land measuring documents.
∎ Communicate with the potential landowner and arrange meeting with the Management.
∎ Provide assistance to the superior when & where required.
∎ Able to maintain and develop strong relationship with Govt. offices such as civil court, union land office, AC land office, Surveyor office, Settlement office, Registration office, DC office and other agencies.
∎ Regular update of existing land documents such as mutation, land taxation.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 02 years of work experience in the above-mentioned department.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge on land procurement and land related documents.
Salary: Negotiable
